The dress color does not much her colors if it was darker it would be better.

Apparently Anna was there but wasn't allowed on the red carpet with everyone else. She was with Patricia's associates but never on screen and that was it.

that is most likley the case.  Watching the oscars, you could see a big section behind the "red carpet" where there were lots of people waiting to go into the theater
