Actually to be more precise, what happened with Is it Safe is the "radio-rip" promo came out a couple months ago on sites like TheGreekz. Sony (as I have said) did not want to release it at all. But the response from the radio-rip promo was big. And then some radio stations (like arion) got a hold of it, and started playing it, and got a bigger response. So now Sony wants to release it. Anna is of course happy (its an English song, people like it--which means she can use that to convince Sony on an English CD ) and she has already told "all her people" to start promoting Is it Safe, and uploaded it on her Myspace etc...etc.
Maybe it will finally open Sony's mind and seeing Anna is the greatest thing for them, and to focus on her much more and not just some other artists. (Who's English CD hasn't even charted yet may I add)

1. Paparizou was number 1 on IFPI the week it came out. But take a look at the charts now. She is out of the top 50. It was also now released in Sweden and South Africa. No charting yet....we will see what will happen....
2. I think Is it Safe could have a great future. Remember Call Me. It went Gold in Greece (right?) and then Lie was remixed (AMAZING REMIX) and was on the radios.
The thing that I think can make Is it Safe stand out as a radio hit---not necessarily a club hit, is that it is a very simple song. Not too much dance beats, but nice to listen to. Plus, it sounds like the perfect song to remix, since it dosnt have alot of beats.
Even if sony just adds it as a bonus song, it will still be good.
